A famous politician bilawal Bhutto zardari said in his speech while talking about the issue of drainage in sindh area , he said that when it rains the water comes and when it rains more the water more comes. He was talking about the issue of water drainage because he holds the government of Sindh and that's why he was giving briefing to the public
