Iran Allows Kinnow Import From Pakistan

Following nine years, Iran has lifted limitations on the import of Pakistani kinnow.

Taking to his authority Twitter handle, Minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Qureshi tweeted, "I'm satisfied to share some uplifting news for our citrus ranchers. Following conversations, (I am) glad to report that Iran has lifted limitations on the import of Pakistan's kinnow."

"Following nine years, Iran's market will be open for kinnow period of 2021-2022," said All Pakistan Fruit and Vegetable Exporters and Importers Association (PFVA) Patron-in-Chief Waheed Ahmed. League of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) previous head of cultivation sends out Ahmad Jawad said that it was incredible information for the kinnow trade industry that at last Iran had lifted its longstanding boycott, which had been put in 2012.
