Do you think it is wrong to hire?

When nobody need it personally to get hired and work under the boss because everyone ate Independence and want to do their business but mostly individuals who are just getting in in their professional life they don't have enough money to start the business how to start the own company so the must have to start from job and they have to get hired from anyone intern of a good salary to save money e for their future and the living and some save their money for starting a new business their main goal is to get money e leave the job and start a new business.
