DPSC interview is very serious interview and you can be ask any question related to anything because they are trying to judge about your knowledge how much general knowledge you have and what is your knowledge level so you must have prepared all your subjects and you must have knowledge about all the current political station and all the other affairs of Pakistan and you should be getting all the knowledge about the Islamic point of view and above all you must stay confident while talking.
