The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has found new gas holds from a well in region Ghotki of Sindh, which the organization says will help in conquering the energy emergency in the country.

"On May 9, a well Umair South East # 01, situated in locale Ghotki of Sindh was spudded as an exploratory well to test the hydrocarbon capability of Pirkoh Formation and Habib Rahi Limestone (HRL) to an arranged profundity of ±785m into HRL," said a proclamation from OGDCL.
