What are the causes of gender based violence in Pakistan?

As gender violence is increasing day by day in Pakistan and the ratio of rape cases is increasing day by day. It's reason is that the late marriage of males in traditional families is causing the rapes cases to increase and the short dresses of women's is also a great fact to raise this ratio. So a person should be married in early reasonable age so that he don't go on the bad way. Also there should be ban on the short clothes of women.
