How do I stop overthinking and stressing?

What do you want to think and should you be be under stress or not its all depend upon your mind due to the many problem we are facing why automatically going to the stress and think that world is very bad and we are the 1 who is facing all the problems of the world but it's no true everyone in the world is facing different problems and most of them are unable to face them and go under stress. Just always think positively, do the things in which you are interested in spend time in your hobbies then you will definitely find no time overthinking and getting stressed.
